Artisan is a great flour blend I found last September at the GF-AF Expo in Dallas. I was excited to meet Pamela herself at the show and she told me about this new blend that uses Guar Gum vs Xanthan Gum (which is corn based). I am allergic to corn so I have been waiting for this flour blend to hit the market. I decided to make hamburger buns with my new bun pan last weekend. Well as you can see these buns turned out amazing! So large and the texture was moist like they had come fresh from a bakery!
